01/28/10

I'm travelling, so this will be difficult. I haven't eaten as I should, but I am making good choices as best I can.

This morning I had some almonds until I got so hungry that I had to stop. I picked up a Turkey Breast Sandwich on 9 grain whole wheat with mustard, provolone, lettuce, tomato, pickles, cucumbers and olives. I've had only water. I don't know what I'll do for dinner, since it'll depend on Kim too, but I'm going to do my best to make good choices. I'm still at 12 pounds down, and I'd like to keep it that way! and hey, maybe after this weekend, maybe I'll have lost even MORE weight, due to the physical activity I'll be doing! LOL A girl can hope!
