Breakfast: 2 fried egg whites with Southwest Chipotle Mrs. Dash & cheerios
Snack: 2 hard boiled egg whites & 1/2 grapefruit
Lunch: Chicken soup & Spring Mix salad with balsalmic Vinegrette dressing
Snack:
Dinner: 2 chicken artichoke sausages, rice

WATER
2 24 oz water bottles
