FOOD:
Breakfast: 2 scrambled egg whites with salsa, 1/2 cup Cheerios
Snack: 2 hard boiled egg whites, 1/2 grapefruit
Lunch: 2 oz chicken cooked in salsa, 1/2 cup rice, 1 cup carrots
Snack: 2 hard boiled egg whites, 1/2 grapefruit

I head out to Palm Springs this evening for the weekend. Eating on plan will be a challege this weekend, but I am taking Grapefruit, Almonds, carrots, Cheerios and hard boiled eggs. I know I will go out to eat, so I will just try to make as good of choices as I can... wish me luck!!!
I weighed in this morning and I weighed 227... 7.5 pounds down from the heaviest weight at the doctors office on the 29th of December... SOMETHING is working! :) I'll keep it up! :)
