FOOD
breakfast was 2 strawberry shortcake mini rolls
lunch was 4 chicken cream cheese pockets

WATER
I've finished 2 24 oz bottles - 48 oz for today so far - better than previous!!!
just finished another 24 oz :)
got another 24 oz done before bed! whooo hoo!!!!
EXERCISE
I haven't yet, but I do plan on doing at least my 5 minute treadmill thing...
