FOOD
Breakfast: 2 scrambled egg whites cooked with VEGIT and 1/2 cup of Cheerios.
Snack: 2 egg whites, 1/2 grapefruit
Lunch: 2 oz chicken cooked in salsa, 1/2 cup rice, 4 sweet peppers, 1 mini cucumber
Snack: 2 egg whites, 1/2 grapefruit
Dinner: 2 oz scallops, 1 cup carrots, 1/2 cup rice

WATER:
3 24 oz bottles of water
