FOOD
Breakfast: 2 oz scallops, 2 fingerling potatoes
Snack: 2 hard boiled egg whites, 1/2 grapefruit
Lunch: 2 oz scallops, 1/2 cup hashbrowns
Snack:
Dinner: 2 oz shrimp, zucchini cooked in reduced sodium soy sauce, red pepper flakes, Splenda, chopped onion, 1/2 cup rice
