FOOD
Breakfast: 2 egg whites fried in a pan - sprinkled with parm, cheerios
Snack: 2 hard boiled egg whites, 1/2 grapefruit
Lunch: Chicken soup
Snack:
Dinner: 2 oz Mahi Mahi, 3 fingerling potatoes, spring mix salad with feta and balsalmic vinegrette

WATER
1 24 oz water bottle. I need to do better with drinking water....

EXERCISE

**I had chocolate today. I know I shouldn't have - but I did. At least I'm admitting it. :)
