FOOD
Breakfast: 2 scrambled egg whites with some low sodium soy sauce (won't do it again - too salty) 3 fingerling potatoes
Snack: 2 hardboiled egg whites, 1/2 grapefruit
Lunch: 2oz chicken cooked in Low Fat Italian Dressing, fingerling potatoes, carrots
Snack: 2 hardboiled egg whites, 1/2 grapefruit
Dinner: chicken sausage, 1/2 cup rice
Snack: Almonds

WATER
3 24 oz water bottles
