01/04/10 - first day back to work

FOOD:
Breakfast - 1/2 c fingerling potatoes, 2 egg whites, 1 sweet pepper cooked together. I would cook the eggs seperately from the potatoes and peppers next time. I added chopped onions to the mix too.
Snack - 2 hard boiled egg whites, 1/2 grapefruit
Lunch - 1/2 c fingerling potatoes, 2 egg whites, 1 sweet pepper cooked together.
Snack - 2 hard boiled egg whites, 1/2 grapefruit
Dinner - 2oz scallops (small ones) cooked in chopped onion, garlic powder, chili flakes and parsley, 1/2 cup rice, 1 cup carrots.

WATER:
3 24 oz water bottles down today.... YAY!!!!!
