FOOD:
Breakfast: scrambled egg whites with onion powder and parsley and 1/2 cup of pan fried (no liquid) fingerling potatoes with onion powder
Snack: Grapefruit & 2 egg whites (boiled)
Lunch: 2oz scallops, 1 cup carrotts, 1/2 cup rice
Snack: I managed to miss my snack because I had an SST meeting. When I got home I had 4 squares of a Nestle Crunch bar! :( Damn it!!
Dinner: salmon filet cooked dry on george foreman with dill, 1/2 cup corn, less than 1/2 cup rice
(3 cheese sticks)

WATER: 2 24 oz bottles so far...
