FOOD:
Breakfast: 2 fried egg whites with mushrooms, cheerios
Snack: 2 hard boiled egg whites, 1/2 grapefruit
Lunch: Chili
Snack: 2 hard boiled egg whites, 1/2 grapefruit
Dinner: home made burrito (tortilla, refried beans, cheese, salsa)
Snack: Large coconut creme shake from Sonic

WATER:
2 24 oz water bottles
