I will NOT slack like I did yesterday....

FOOD
Breakfast: 2 scrambled egg whites cooked in chopped onions, 1/2 cup cheerios
Snack: 2 hardboiled egg whites, 1/2 grapefruit
Lunch: 2 oz grilled chicken, 1/2 cup cheerios, carrots
Snack: 2 hardboiled egg whites, 1/2 grapefruit
Dinner: 2oz shredded chicken breast cooked in Light Italian dressing, 1/2 cup rice, 1 cup veggie (Carrot)

WATER
2 24 oz water bottles
