Breakfast: 2 egg whites fried with 1/2 Tbs parmasean, 1/2 cup cheerios
Snack: 2 hardboiled egg whites, 1/2 grapefruit
Lunch: 2 oz salmon filet, 1/2 cup rice, 1 cup green beans (steamed)
Snack: skipping due to time - moving right to dinner
Dinner: bed of spring mix, 2 oz of Mahi Mahi, 3 fingerling potatoes, Apple Cider Vinegar & forkfull of Feta
