FOOD:
Breakfast: 2 scrambled egg whites with Spike seasoning, 3 fingerling potatoes
Snack: 2 hardboiled egg whites, 1/2 grapefruit
Lunch: salmon filet, 1/2 cup of corn - forgot the rice! DOH
Snack : 2 hardboiled egg whites, 1/2 grapefruit
Dinner: 2 oz of shredded chicken cooked in Pace mild salsa, 1/2 cup rice, 5 small sweet peppers
Snack: 3 cheese sticks and 1/2 a grape fruit

WATER:
2 24 oz bottles
**1 more makes 3! :)
