Breakfast: 2 hardboiled egg whites, cheerios
Snack:
Lunch: Spring Mix with 2 oz shredded chicken cooked in Light Italian dressing and 2 Fingerling potatoes with balsamic vinegrette dressing
Snack: 2 hard boiled egg whites, 1/2 grapefruit
Dinner:
WATER
2 24 oz water bottles

**I thought it should be noted that since I started the eating program heavily on the 4th of January, I have drank nothing but tea in the morning.
**Technically I don't think that Cheerios are "on plan", but they are grains and are known to reduce cholesterol - I'm willing to take the chance.
