FOOD
Breakfast: 1/2 cup hashbrowns cooked with chopped onions, 2 egg whites fried with mushrooms
Snack: 2 hard boiled egg whites, 4 slices of small apple
Lunch: 2 oz shrimp, 1/2 cup rice, 1 cup greenbeans
Snack: 2 hard boiled egg whites, small apple
Dinner: 2 oz shredded chicken marinated in home made "southwest" seasoning (as per Makeover America cookbook), 5 sweet peppers, 1/2 cup rice.

WATER
2 24 oz water bottles
