FOOD:
I had 2 egg whites and cheerios for breakfast...
then trio ravioli for dinner - cheese, portabello mushroom, and sundried tomato
then I got hungry later and had some almonds and a grapefruit

WATER:
I have no idea how much water I drank... let's just say "not enough"

EXERCISE:
Dog show. Enough said.
