FOOD:
Breakfast: 2 egg whites scrambled with salsa, cheerios
Snack: 2 hard boiled egg whites, 1/2 grapefruit
Lunch: 2 oz grilled chicken, sweet peppers, 1/2 cup rice
Snack: 2 hard boiled egg whites, 1/2 grapefruit
Dinner: cheese quesadilla and salsa

WATER:
1 24 oz bottle
