FOOD
Breakfast: 2 scrambled egg whites with garlic and herb seasoning, cheerios
Snack: 2 hardboiled egg whites, 1/2 grapefruit
Lunch: 2oz chicken cooked in Low Fat Italian Dressing, fingerling potatoes, 1/2 grapefruit
Snack: 2 hardboiled egg whites, almonds
Dinner: 2 oz pan grilled salmon seasoned with "It's a Dilly" - dill and lemon seasoning, 1 cup steamed green beans and 1/2 cup rice.
Snack:

WATER
2 24 oz water bottles
