FOOD
creative crepe for breakfast, with 1/2 cup cheerios
2 egg whites and 1 small apple for snack
3 oz steak, 1/2 cup rice and edamame for lunch
no afternoon snack
2 oz scallops, 1/2 cup rice and some veggie :) for dinner
