Snack: 2 egg whites, 1 small apple
Lunch: 2 oz tilapia, 1 cucumber, 1/2 cup rice
Snack: 2 egg whites, 1 small apple
Dinner: 3 oz steak, 1/2 cup rice, sweet peppers
Snack: Cottage Cheese

WATER
2 24 oz water bottles
