Ok, so it's been a long time since I've updated here.
As of this morning, I am exactly 50 pounds down for the year. I have been going up and down within a 8 pound range for the last few months... I'm working on getting it down in the right direction again...
Some can't believe that I want to lose another 40 pounds, but I don't think people understand how much I really still weigh! They're just used to me being so big, that they can't imagine me at a healthy weight. And to some, in order to be healthy, losing another 70 pounds would be better.
I am wearing a shirt that I got as a gift in 2006 today. I have never been able to wear it. It's always been too small! So thank you, Donna Nicolletti.... Life is truly good. :)
I also ran tonight. Yes. I ran on the tredmill for like 2 minutes or something pathetic. I don't know the last time I actually RAN instead of something like jogging down the hall at school for a few jogs. It wasn't easy, but nothing ever is, right? I might continue to do that - if even for just a couple of minutes. Can't hurt! :)
I've been on the Advanced HCG diet and injections since June. That is what really kicked my weight loss into gear. It was 6 weeks worth of injections, then I went off. I started back on the injections a few weeks ago. I've not been as dedicated this second time around. I'm not sure why. Its stupid to just throw it away...
I'm doing better lately though (this week at least). One day at a time.
